I am currently only offering telemedicine sessions through Zoom. After initially offering Zoom sessions during the Covid pandemic, I discovered that it is a very effective mode for offering psychotherapy. Research has confirmed that telemedicine sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. My clients tell me they prefer the convenience and flexibility of telemedicine sessions, and I am able to offer adjusted versions of my preferred modalities to achieve successful results.

Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes long. Longer sessions are available and may be recommended from time to time. When someone starts therapy, it is best to come at least once per week until significant results are achieved.

My regular fee for an hour session is $165. I will provide a receipt that you may file with your insurance company to obtain reimbursement for your payment. When there is no insurance, I will negotiate my fee to arrive at a successful arrangement for both of us. I accepted payment by PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card.

My services are now covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, UnitedHealthcare, and Oscar.

With over thirty years experience in the field of counseling, I have developed skills for handling almost any personal issue that life can throw at us. Twenty-five of those years have been in independent private practice. I assure you I've been stretched and motivated to continually learn and gain new skills.
